The Short Version
Bryan Wilks is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, AI marketing pioneer, and community developer based in Jenks, Oklahoma. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of FreeForm Marketing Technology Solutions — one of the fastest-growing marketing technology companies in America and an Inc. 500 honoree — and the founder of The Ten District, the downtown revitalization initiative that has transformed the heart of Jenks into one of Oklahoma's most exciting destinations.
A Stanford Graduate School of Business alumnus, USPTO patent holder, former Washington D.C. political operative, Fortune 500 executive, national champion All-American collegiate sprinter, co-founder of a Nashville record label with country music legend Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn, and the technology mind behind ventures featured in Sports Illustrated and Robb Report — Bryan has spent his career at the intersection of big ideas and measurable results, across industries and disciplines that most people would never dream of combining.
Biography
The Full Story
Bryan Wilks has never been content to watch problems go unsolved — and he has never been content to finish second. Before the boardrooms and patents, he was a nationally recognized athlete: a collegiate sprinter at Oklahoma Baptist University who earned All-American honors and a national championship. That discipline became the blueprint for everything that followed.
At 21, he managed a high-profile U.S. Congressional campaign in Texas. At 22, he served as Legislative Assistant to U.S. House Majority Leader Dick Armey, trained at the Leadership Institute under Morton Blackwell. At 23, he was named Executive Director of the Conservative Leadership PAC, responsible for over $25 million in annual contributions.
From Washington, Bryan moved into executive roles at Tyco International, Maxim Group, Balcan Plastics, and ultimately Victory Packaging as VP of Business Development — a company later acquired by WestRock (NYSE: WRK). The Tulsa Business Journal named him one of the city's Top 20 New Leaders.
In 2013, he co-founded Little Willie Records in Nashville with Ronnie Dunn and assembled a marketing team including HubSpot co-founder Brian Halligan and strategist David Meerman Scott. That same year, he co-founded FreeForm Marketing Technology Solutions (an Inc 500 Company), which has since become a technology incubator with ventures featured in Sports Illustrated and Robb Report.
Athletics
The Athlete
National Champion
All-American honors and a national championship as a collegiate sprinter at Oklahoma Baptist University — the pinnacle of collegiate athletic achievement in track and field.
The Blueprint for Business
The discipline, competitive fire, and systematic preparation that defined Bryan on the track became the foundation for everything that followed in business. The competitor who prepares best, executes best under pressure, and refuses to accept average performance wins — in sprinting and in entrepreneurship.
Education
Academic Foundation
Stanford GSB
Business Degree — One of the most selective graduate business programs in the world. Reinforced Bryan's belief that durable companies are built on strong architecture and systems thinking, not just good ideas.
Harvard University
Master's in Information Technology — Gave Bryan the systems-level fluency most business leaders lack: the ability to architect, integrate, and scale technology. The foundation on which FreeForm's AI platform was built.
Oklahoma Baptist University
BA, Philosophy & Pre-Law — Defined by academic and athletic excellence simultaneously, earning All-American status and a national championship while pursuing his degree.
Leadership Institute
Washington D.C. — Training in marketing and political strategy under Morton Blackwell, former Ronald Reagan staff member — an education in persuasion and influence at the highest levels of American politics.
Innovation
U.S. Patent: The Clear-View Packaging System
During his years as a certified packaging specialist serving Fortune 500 corporations, Bryan identified a critical inefficiency: heavy, opaque cardboard enclosures concealed shipping damage until it was too late — expensive, wasteful, and entirely solvable.
Bryan partnered with engineer Sean Kelly to co-invent the Clear-View Packaging System: a streamlined tray-and-banding architecture that keeps products fully visible during shipping, uses significantly less material, and allows forklift handling without product damage.
"This design allows us to see damage before it leaves our production facilities and reduces, if not eliminates, product claims. It's a big deal." — CEO, major appliance manufacturer

Nashville
Little Willie Records: Disrupting Nashville
In 2013, Bryan co-founded Little Willie Records (LWR) in Nashville with country music icon Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn — arguably one of the most decorated musicians of all time: 28 Academy of Country Music Awards, 20 Country Music Association Awards, two Grammy Awards, and more than 30 million records sold.
The Mission
Challenge the idea that country music is limited to a specific space, age, race, or sound — representing freedom of creativity and collaboration above all.
The Team
Bryan was the first marketing partner Dunn brought on board, alongside HubSpot CEO Brian Halligan and bestselling author David Meerman Scott.
The Goal
Build an entirely new model for the music industry — one that puts creativity and artist freedom ahead of label convention.

The app was covered by Sports Illustrated in 2023, placing Bryan and FreeForm at the intersection of professional sports, technology, and fan engagement — an increasingly valuable space as the boundaries between athletes, engineers, and investors continue to close.
What Makes It Unique
The first free-to-play golf game with live Tour data, allowing participants to predict player accuracy on par 3s and compete for prizes in closest-to-the-pin contests — powered by FreeForm's technology and a direct PGA Tour data partnership.
Robb Report
PrivateJets.com: Featured in Robb Report
Bryan and FreeForm built and launched PrivateJetCost.com — a first-of-its-kind digital platform using a proprietary algorithm to match private aviation newcomers with the right jet card or charter program from among thousands of options across more than 2,000 FAA-certified operators in the U.S.
"We understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the myriad of private jet travel options. Through our proprietary technology and deeply integrated industry research, users can now explore customized options to fit their individual needs." — Bryan Wilks
The platform uses more than 1,000 unique combinations — including origin city, destinations, aircraft size, budget, and tax benefits — to produce a customized shortlist. FreeForm developed similar platforms for KKR, The Crosby Group, Academy Sports, and Argonaut Private Equity. The venture was featured in Robb Report, cementing FreeForm's reputation as a builder of market-defining digital products.

Community
The Ten District
Restoring a Community, Block by Block
When Bryan and Shea Roach began reimagining downtown Jenks in 2021, the diagnosis was blunt: buildings were deteriorated, storefronts largely empty, and the community's identity as "Oklahoma's Antique Capital" wasn't generating the sales tax revenue needed to fund schools, roads, and infrastructure.
Their vision: rebrand 10 historic blocks of downtown Jenks as The Ten District — a name rooted in history, as the area sits approximately 10 miles from Broken Arrow, Tulsa, Sapulpa, and Bixby. The strategy attracted local businesses and regional brands, restored historic buildings, and built a destination worthy of the community.
The results speak for themselves: over $100 million in private investment catalyzed in the Jenks area, Bryan's flagship property generating double the sales tax of its predecessor, and approximately 75 new alley parking spaces created in partnership with the city.
"I've lived here for 20-plus years. I like to consider myself a Jenks lifer. Our role is being invested in the community with real dollars, but also being invested personally — our kids go to school here." — Bryan Wilks
Philosophy
The Philosophy
Architecture First
Every project starts with a clear structural foundation before any execution begins. You don't build a house without plans.
Innovation is a Responsibility
From packaging systems to AI platforms to golf apps — Bryan treats innovation not as a differentiator but as an obligation.
Champions Prepare Differently
The habits of a national champion athlete don't disappear when the race ends. Elite preparation and systematic execution define everything Bryan builds.
Community is Non-Negotiable
A husband, father of three, active board member, and Jenks lifer — the measure of success is what you leave behind where you live.
ROI is the Only Language That Matters
If it can be measured, it should be.
New Problems Need New Thinking
No problem gets solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. Every challenge deserves a fundamentally new approach.
